The People of the Cave → Faith Under Pressure

(11) So, We sealed their ears in the cave for a number of years (12) Then, We awakened them that We may know which of the two parties had better measured the period of time that they had tarried.

A group of believers who were expelled for believing in God and choosing islam were guided to sleep for 300 years

People can go through phases of their life I would define as a “training arc”, times that test their patience, times of isolation, times where they have to accept that they do not have the things that they want

There could be different reasons why God isn’t aligning you with the things you want, that does not mean that you are not capable of attaining them

Trust in Him, be patient, it is okay to stay “asleep” to the rest of the world, do what you need to do… when you resurface the world will be right for you

The Man with Two Gardens → The Illusion of Wealth

Nothing in this world truly belongs to us, and boasting and showing off never has any productive value in anyone’s life
